Abby Nuetzel, the Director of Preconstruction, excels in seamlessly guiding clients through the construction process. She collaborates with design teams, owner vendors, and trade partners to create exceptional construction experiences. She prioritizes customer-forward preconstruction planning and shaping high-performing teams. In 2024, Abby became a Partner, bringing over a decade of experience in construction. Originally from Indiana, she holds a BA from Wake Forest University, graduating Cum Laude. Abby’s expertise lies in preconstruction and client relations, developed through various roles from Lead Estimator to Senior Development Manager.

At i2 Construction, Abby has progressed from Preconstruction Manager to her current executive leadership position and Partner. She manages the preconstruction team, leading complex and one-of-a-kind construction projects resulting in superior-quality finishes. Abby is inspired by guiding clients from their construction dreams to occupying their physical space. Abby also oversees the marketing initiatives and community engagement at i2 Construction. Abby believes strongly in civic duties and serves on the Southwest Memorial Hospital Foundation Board of Directors. Abby’s commitment to excellence and the community is reflected in her work and beyond. Outside of work, Abby enjoys exploring the mountains by bike, paddleboard, snowshoe, ski, or whatever new form of outdoor gear that she can find.
