Ken Botkin, Director of Field Operations, approaches projects by focusing on managing an enjoyable construction experience from vision through completion. He and his team work tirelessly on quality, construction scheduling, and streamlining the process, treating each project as if it were their own.
Ken’s journey in the construction industry began after his service in the United States Marine Corps. Following his military service, Ken co-founded a trucking company, specializing in hauling aggregate materials across Colorado. Ken then moved to a property management company, where he dialed in on his skills in building systems. Later he pursued an opportunity with a large construction company in Denver, managing operations on significant projects such as the Kroenke offices and Ball Arena residence. He then played a leadership role in constructing custom mountain retreats and ground-up developments.
In 2015, Ken joined the i2 Construction family, quickly rising to the position of Director of Field Operations. His dedication and contribution led Ken to becoming a Partner at i2 Construction in 2024. With almost three decades of field experience, he remains committed to i2’s growth, values, and long-term success. Outside of work, Ken enjoys spending time with his family, especially camping in the mountains or exploring new beach destinations.
