Nathan Kugler, Senior Vice President, approaches each construction project with agile foresight, guiding every phase of the client’s building experience with customer-centric leadership. Raised in the industry with a superintendent father, Nate’s passion for construction was formed early. His journey from after-school jobs to earning a Construction Management degree from Colorado State University and an internship with a major builder led him to i2’s growth mindset and family-like environment.

Throughout his tenure, Nate has grown with the company from Assistant Superintendent to Project Manager, and now Partner and Senior Vice President. Nate’s commitment to integrity, promise-keeping, and honest leadership has been pivotal in the company’s success. He thrives on complex challenges, celebrating team achievements, and client praise. Nate excels at the basics and serves as the reason customers return to i2 Construction: maintaining schedules, adhering to budgets, delivering quality work, and fostering exceptional communication all while prioritizing safety. His vision is to be a mentor and a supportive guide, always ready to lend a hand. Outside of work, he’s a devoted fan at his children’s sports events.
