Scott Farrell, President of i2 Construction, brings over 25 years of construction expertise and is well-known in the industry for his deep construction knowledge and strategic, thoughtful leadership. Scott’s project approach is strategic and future-focused, prioritizing considering clients’ long-term needs and planning for sustainable, adaptable spaces. His commitment to each project, building strong relationships with industry partners, and employee success drives him every day.

From an early age, Scott’s entrepreneurial parents instilled in him a strong and dedicated work ethic. He developed his construction skills at his father’s construction company before pursuing a Civil and Environmental Engineering degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, specializing in Construction Management. Eager to venture beyond his home state, he secured a position at i2 Construction. Joining the company in 2000, he was named Project Manager after just 90 days. Demonstrating exceptional leadership and dedication, a few years later, he advanced to become a company Partner leading the construction operations and eventually became President of i2 Construction in 2016.

Scott’s goals include leading i2 towards new opportunities while ensuring the well-being of employees and clients alike. As the strategic visionary of i2, he also serves as the “Chief Cultural Officer”, fostering a supportive, family-like atmosphere where collaboration is second nature. His favorite aspect of i2 Construction is the people. Scott’s commitment to the community is unwavering; nonprofit board membership and philanthropy are core values. Outside of work, Scott is pursuing an MBA at the University of Denver. He takes pride in being a father of two children and enjoys spending time outdoors with his family.
