i2 Construction is pleased to announce two new Partners, Abby Nuetzel and Ken Botkin. Scott Farrell announced at i2’s April all-hands meeting, “We are thrilled to announce both Abby and Ken to our ownership team.  Both bring years of construction experience and outstanding industry acumen.”

i2 Construction is proud to announce the addition of Abby Nuetzel to the ownership team. With an impressive track record spanning over a decade in high-end construction, Abby’s addition marks a milestone.

“We are and have been fortunate to benefit from Abby’s unique approach to both strategic projects and everyday operations. Her contributions have influenced our management team and the entire organization. It is with immense pleasure and great confidence that I announce her expanded role as an owner of the company.” said President Scott Farrell.

Abby, Director of Preconstruction, joined i2 Construction in 2021 and comes with a breadth of construction knowledge and experience.  Abby’s guidance on construction projects and collaboration with design teams, owner vendors, and trade partners have been an integral part of i2’s success.  “I am honored to join the i2 Construction ownership team as we continue to build on our 25-year legacy of being an excellent place for our employees to grow and flourish as well as a great partner to our clients and industry partners,” said Abby Nuetzel.  Abby’s leadership goes beyond construction with her civic duties serving as President for the Southwest Memorial Hospital Foundation.

Ken Botkin 

Ken Botkin, a seasoned professional in the construction industry, has joined i2 Construction’s ownership team. His decades of construction experience are marked by dedication, innovation, and a commitment to delivering exceptional results. As a former United States Marine Corps serviceman, Ken’s discipline and work ethic laid the groundwork for his successful career from an entrepreneur to construction field operations.

His remarkable growth in organizational impact and leadership within the management team is truly commendable.” said Scott Farrell, President of i2 Construction.  “We look forward to his continued contributions he will undoubtedly make in his expanded role as an owner.”

In 2015, Ken joined the i2 Construction family, rising to become the Director of Field Operations. His approach centers on managing a seamless construction experience from vision to completion, upholding the highest standards of quality, care, safety, and efficiency. “I am honored to be part of the i2 family and to continue the great construction work our people have been doing for 25 years,” said Ken Botkin.
