Denver Beer Company Invites Guests to Enjoy Their New Location Both Inside and Out

The i2 Construction team collaborated on the new ground up location in Confluent’s The Exchange at Boulevard One in Lowry for Denver Beer Company. The project included a brewery, taproom, an outdoor patio that opens up to the adjacent park, as well as a commercial kitchen with grease interceptor and working seven-barrel brewery. The outdoor space focused on sustainability and featured fire pits, patio heaters and misters, dedicated bike parking, EV charging stations, a garden, and outdoor game spaces.
