Breathing New Life into a Historical Site in Denver

The Vault is a classified historical site located at 17th Street and Champa in Denver, CO. i2 Construction was awarded as the general contractor for the project. The site requires review through the Landmark Preservation Commission in which i2 is helping facilitate the process. The project includes four floors, levels 1 and 2 being a new high-end lobby/amenity space that includes an interconnecting stair and $500k of architectural metals. Levels 4 and 5 are office TI.
