Extensive Demolition & Design for Keene Smiles Office

i2 Construction was selected as the General Contractor for the Keene Smiles project located in Lafayette, CO. This 3,100 SF project featured several exterior and site improvements in addition to a full interior remodel to accommodate Keene’s operations. The existing space was a fast-food restaurant, which required an extensive demo along with infrastructure upgrades to transform it into a private dental office. The project included seven treatment rooms, a sterilization area, a reception area, a kitchen, a consult room, a conference room, and a lobby. The project was accomplished in approximately 8 weeks.
