A Remodel Serving the Highlands Ranch Community

i2 Construction teamed up with Populous to turn the first floor, which headquarters most of the office personnel for the Highlands Ranch Community Association into a suitable office space for its team. This project was a phased occupied remodel completed in two phases. A complete overhaul of the main lobby was finished where it was turned into a major focal point for the building with modern updated finishes.
