Working alongside Alto Pharmacy, CBRE, and Ware Malcomb, we were able to deliver this nearly 7,000 SF stand alone office project ahead of schedule. Some of the major components of this project included new HVAC, electrical, and plumbing reconfigurations. The space featured polished concrete floors with modern/industrial finishes and the workstation placements provided an open floor plan with plenty of natural light.
