From a Tailored Pre-Construction Phase to Successful Delivery

i2 Construction was the negotiated CM/GC for Behavioral Interventions, Inc.’s 2015 relocation to North Boulder. This unique project featured approximately 50k SF of office space, 18,500 SF of light industrial/manufacturing and 10,000 SF of warehouse space. Accomplished in just over 24 weeks working in close collaboration with Cresa (brokerage and project management) and Oz Architecture. i2 successfully delivered this project within the allocated budget and schedule parameters after an extensive pre-construction phase where multiple build, material, and long lead strategies were presented to inspire the project approach while ensuring that cost and timing expectations were in line across the board.
