Based out of Brenham, Texas, Blue Bell Creameries has produced high quality ice cream since 1907. i2 Construction was the negotiated general contractor on the construction of Blue Bell Creameries’ first cold-storage distribution warehouse in Colorado. Located in Arapahoe County adjacent to Dove Valley, this 17,000 SF -20° F facility allows Blue Bell to transfer product for delivery to retail outlets along the Front Range.
