Crocs’ new headquarters in Broomfield, Colorado features bright space with floor-to-ceiling windows, live plant walls, and outdoor patios for employees to get away from their desks.

Crocs wanted the office space close to the light rail and to be a state-of-the-art facility for employee retention and recruitment.

The company’s signature clogs and images from its “Come as you are” marketing campaign provide additional splashes of color throughout the building.

This project is a first-generation tenant finish that includes features such as an open space & collaborative work environment, full MEP installation, executive offices, cafeteria, breakrooms, huddle rooms, a unique millwork package, and multiple conference rooms.
