i2 Construction was the negotiated general contractor for the relocation of Food Service Warehouse’s headquarters in Englewood, CO. This 46,000 SF facility features high-end commercial interior finishes and a high-performance commercial kitchen. i2 also accomplished numerous exterior improvements on the property, including a new roof and roof screen, new exterior paint, and new landscaping.
