i2 Construction was selected as the General Contractor for Vertafore’s 77,000 SF full floor office remodel in downtown Denver. This corporate office, designed by DLR Group, contains open office, collaboration, and social space including an arcade, coffee shop, Zen garden, and kitchen. The signature feature of this space is the interconnecting staircase connecting the 4th and 5th floor.
