I2 Construction was the successful bidding general contractor on Alpine Bank’s first-generation space build-out at the Adolph Coors Foundation building in Cherry Creek. This 3,330 SF tenant improvement project included new teller stations, open office areas, a high-end withdrawal station (cut into the exterior glass storefront), and multiple new exterior improvements on the property.
