i2 Construction was the selected general contractor for this “Big Three” management consultancy. They originally occupied 50% of the 22nd floor. i2 performed their original first-generation TI in 2014. The adjacent tenant vacated their space, and our client leased the entire 21,000 SF of the 22nd floor. We completed a full demo to core and shell of the entire floor. We completed construction to transform and update the finishes, upgraded and improved the AV/IT platforms, and meet all schedule and budget objectives of the $4M project budget to deliver a finished product that embodies the high standards of the client’s culture and brand.
