i2 worked closely with Kestrel Design to complete this high-end, first-generation project under a tight schedule of 13 weeks. i2 was brought onboard early as CM/GC to work hand in hand with the owner and architect to procure materials and work with the city on an early permit to accomplish a near impossible schedule.
